This page lets users of the Oxifix app (published by Oxifix Retail Pvt Ltd) request deletion of their account and associated data.
Send an email to support@oxifix.in from the email or phone number registered with your account, with the subject "Delete my Oxifix account". Include your registered mobile number so we can verify your identity.
To confirm ownership, we may send a one-time code (OTP) to your registered mobile number before processing the request.
When your request is processed, we delete your account and its associated personal data, including:
Some records may be retained where required by law (for example, tax and financial records for completed transactions) for the legally mandated period, after which they are deleted.
Requests are processed within 30 days of verification.
