Oxifix Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Oxifix Retail Pvt Ltd ("we") collects, uses, and protects your information in the Oxifix app.

1. Information we collect

• Account details: your name and mobile number.
• Loyalty data: points earned and redeemed, scanned card codes, and transaction history.
• Sales Partner KYC (only if you apply as a partner): PAN number, Aadhaar number, PAN/Aadhaar images, and bank account details for commission payouts.
• Device/technical data: basic app and log data needed to run the service.

2. How we use it

• To create and manage your account and loyalty points balance.
• To let you earn and redeem points across our participating stores.
• To verify Sales Partners (KYC) and pay commissions to their bank account.
• To provide support and prevent fraud/abuse.

3. How we share it

We do not sell your personal data. Data is stored centrally by Oxifix Retail Pvt Ltd and shared only with our participating stores and service providers (e.g. payment/KYC processing) as needed to run the program, or where required by law.

4. Data retention and deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time — see https://oxitech.in/rewards/delete-account. After a verified request we delete your data within 30 days, except records we must retain for legal/tax reasons.

5. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. KYC documents are stored privately with restricted access.

6. Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 (or the age required in your region).
